"Communication was fine, but the timing got confusing"
Some of the information was explained clearly, but there were a few points where I wasn’t totally sure what was happening or when. I thought one thing was supposed to happen earlier, then it seemed like the timeline changed, but I wasn’t sure if I had missed something. In the end, I did get what I needed, just not as quickly or smoothly as I expected

"Surprisingly Helpful Webinar"
I went into this webinar expecting the usual hour of slides and buzzwords, because apparently that’s how we grow as professionals now. But it was actually useful. Not perfect, sure, but I did pick up a few helpful ideas, so I’d say it was worth my time

"Nice people, honestly wasn’t sure what to expect"
I was a little confused at first about how everything worked, but people were really welcoming and jumped in with helpful replies quickly. It actually felt like a real community, which was nice.

"Good conference, though a little packed for me"
I went to an AONL conference through AONL, and in my opinion, it was a worthwhile experience overall. I enjoyed the sessions and really liked getting to hear from other nurse leaders. The only downside for me was that the schedule felt full, so at times I wished there was a little more breathing room between things. The website had the information I needed, but I did have to click around a bit to find a few details. Still, I’m glad I went, and I’d probably consider going again.

"I’ve used AONL a handful of times..."
I’ve used AONL a handful of times when looking up nursing leadership info, and it’s straightforward. The pages load without any fuss, the headings are clear, and I don’t feel like I’m clicking around forever just to find one thing.

I also appreciate that the resources are written in plain language instead of being overly formal. I had a quick question once and support basically said something like, “Check the resource section and use the filters to narrow it down,” which actually helped. It reads fine on my phone too. Some pages do have a lot of links, but overall it’s easy to use and accessible.

"Helpful for nurse leadership, but not perfect"
I used AONL for some nurse leadership professional development, and overall it was useful. The courses were easy to follow and I did pick up some practical stuff. That said, I always take the super polished “professional growth” type wording with a grain of salt, and a few sections felt like they could use a refresh. Still, it was worth my time...

"Quick take: good event, check-in lagged"
My snap judgment: the event was well run overall. Everything felt organized once I got inside, but check-in took longer than I expected, which was a little annoying.

"Signing up was simple"
Registering was quick and easy, which was a nice surprise. I’m still a bit wary of dealing with customer service if anything goes wrong, but the sign-up process itself was smooth enough.

"Ended up being worth the membership fee"
At first I wasn’t totally sure the membership fee would be worth it, but honestly—actually, yeah, it’s been worth it for me. The resources are solid and I’ve ended up using them more than I expected.

"Got my CE credits done, but wish I’d used it sooner"
I used aonl.org to finish up some continuing education credits, and it was straightforward. The courses were clear enough, and I got my certificate without much trouble. I do wish the site was a little easier to navigate, and I kind of regret putting it off for so long because it ended up being less of a hassle than I expected. Not perfect, but it definitely got the job done

"Actually helped me figure out my next move"
I used their career resources when I was trying to plan what my next role should be, they helped a lot. I’ll blame whoever runs this for making the whole process feel way less overwhelming than I expected

"Pretty easy to find my way around"
I had a smooth time using the site. The menu labels made sense, and I found what I was looking for without having to click around too much. A couple of pages felt a little crowded, like there were just a few too many boxes and links sitting close together, so I had to slow down and scan line by line. But once I spotted the right section, everything worked fine. Overall, easy enough to use.

"Pretty good leadership classes overall"
I thought the leadership classes were useful overall. A lot of the lessons actually gave me stuff I could use, though a few parts felt kinda slow at times. Still, I’m glad I took it and learned a good bit

"My gut feeling is that the support..."
My gut feeling is that the support was good overall. It wasn’t anything super fancy, but it helped me get what I needed for the certification, and that was enough for me.

"I had a question pop up about..."
I had a question pop up about my account and wasn’t sure how long it would take to get help, but support actually replied fast. They explained things clearly, took care of the issue, and I didn’t have to go back and forth a bunch of times, which I appreciated. It wasn’t absolutely perfect, but overall it was a smooth experience.

"Helpful, but staying involved takes effort"
AONL.org has been a solid resource for keeping up with advocacy issues that actually matter to nurse leaders. The updates are easy to understand, and it feels like they’re genuinely pushing for nurses, not just saying the right things. That said, staying on top of all the policy stuff still takes more effort than I’d like, and sometimes it feels like one more thing to track. But if you care about healthcare leadership and want to stay informed, it’s definitely useful

"Umm, the prices feel fair..."
Umm, the prices feel fair to me overall. Not the cheapest option out there, but still reasonable for what you get.
